As Civil Celebrants we are required to conform to the conditions of the Privacy Act of 1988 (Commonwealth).

The Act requires us at all times to -

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all parties involved in Ceremonies
• Conduct all interviews in a private place
• Provide secure and safe storage facilities for all documents
